Dear Brethren in the Lord:

“Afterward shall the children of Israel return, and seek the Lord their God, and
David their king; and shall fear the Lord and his goodness in the latter days."
(Hosea 3:5)

In their last reports, the brethren said that the work in GMA, Cavite, continues
with two precious souls, Jaiseree and Azriel, glorifying our Lord in prayer for
revealing His way of eternal salvation to them. They have expressed their desire
to follow our Lord in Scriptural baptism. Please remember them in your faithful
prayers. The children and youth continue to get together on Sunday afternoons
at 3 p.m. for their Bible study. The brethren also continue to reach out to those
involved in the various church works: in Mabuhay City, Paliparan, Dasmarinas,
Cavite, Che-Che, Ariel and Cheriel--young people, who are in school whom the
brethren visit at home when they can and by phone when they can't; in Bulihan,
Silang, Cavite: Jeanne, Joan, Jade, Jane, Jaiseree, Jairuleen, Anavir, and
Jorvan. Some of them are temporarily in Metro Manila looking for work. Please
pray for them that they don't let their family problems distract them from seeking
the Lord, in G.M.A., Cavite: Bro. Rolan, Tracey, RC David, Tricia May,
Daniel, Myra, Diosbaldo, Araceli, Princess, Jimboy, Leticia, Dharren, Azriel.
One sister in G.M.A. is struggling with epilepsy. She continues to serve the
Lord and we request for your continued prayers for her health. One brother's son
was bitten by a dog, but we thank the Lord that he did not develop rabies, and
that the Lord protected him. We praise our God for His protection even over
situations that we do not expect and cannot control. The worship service in San
Pedro, Laguna continues every Sunday afternoon attended by Sister Josie,
Sister
Lina, and their families. We pray that the Lord may strengthen their faith and they
may continue to serve Him faithfully.

On the first Sunday of December, the brethren from Sitio Dolores, Taytay
visited Edward and his family, and together they studied how our Lord truly
blesses those who fear Him, walk with Him in grace and holiness and those who
love His appearing (Titus 2: 11-13). In Floodway-Taytay, the brethren are
teaching a married couple, Michael and Lorena, and also Jocelyn and Mary Ann.
Maryknoll, who used to host a Bible study, recently moved, so the brethren have
not been able to visit her as regularly as before. The brethren continue to visit
Ernesto in Cainta, who has promised to attend the January 1st worship. The
Bible study at Junction also continues, which includes Ka Fred, Aerell, Arman,
Bro. Alan, when he is not traveling for work, Sister Maricar, and last week Sister
Maricar's niece, Analex. Aerell is a regular visitor at the church there. The
brethren continue to teach Bro. Arman and Bro. Alfie, who are now studying Bro.
C.D. Cole's Vol. II lessons on "Predestination-Prophecy-Providence." The
brethren have also witnessed to Bro. Alfie's wife, that she may have a hearing
ear, follow the Lord and that God’s Word may make her wise unto salvation.
Please keep her and Bro. Alfie in your faithful prayers. At the Dividend Homes,
the Bible study has been temporarily suspended as Sister Rosa, who hosts the
Bible study, has had to work a lot of overtime for her job at the clothing factory.
She says things may slow down in January 2010, so they are planning to resume
the Bible study there this month.

Last week, the brethren visited a new couple who live in the Maybunga  area.
They’re open to hear and learn from GOD’s Word. Please keep them in your prayers.
The brethren are also in constant contact with other precious souls,
including Susan and Emilyn, whom they share the Word with and continue to invite to church.
Please pray that they may return to the Lord, Who is rich in mercy, and seek Him in true
repentance toward God and faith in our Lord Jesus Christ.

The Bible studies continue in the brethren’s weekly rotation at people's homes.
Additionally, they study the Word with some souls via telephone when they are unable
to attend or live too far away. The other day they were able to share the
Word with a new family in the Pasig area, whom they are planning to visit again.
They are also making an extra effort to follow up with past visitors who
have stopped coming lately. Please pray for some of the sisters and brothers who are
having problems with their children. Please keep praying in  behalf of the families of
Mang Bert, Ate Zeny, Gary, Cris, Sonia, Mang Fred, Aling Charito, Mila,
Mang Gerry, others and also for the work in Pembo, Rosario, at the Floodway, the Bible
studies at the homes of some brethren, as well as for their weekly
prayer meeting.

   We thank the Lord for the brethren at Grace Baptist Church in Mt.Vernon, Georgetown, KY;
South Irvine Baptist Church, Irvine, KY; Bryan Station Baptist
Church, Lexington, KY; Ocoonita Missionary Baptist Church in Jonesville, VA; and,
the other brethren from the Lord's Churches of like faith and order, for
your continued financial support and most especially for your faithful prayers in our behalf
and the Lord's work. May we grow stronger in God's grace as we wait for His soon return.
"Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Savior
Jesus Christ." (Titus 2:13)

In His glorious service,
Bro. Ed Quetua
